Every quest ties to a real-world action: going outside, having a conversation, completing a breathing exercise. The reward reflects something you actually did, not something a slot machine decided. We don’t use loot boxes, we don’t gate content behind streaks, and the AI coach actively scales things down when it detects low energy. The clinical reality is that disengagement kills more recovery journeys than engagement ever has. The danger was never “people come back too much”—it’s that they stop coming back at all.

Is NeuroQuest a replacement for therapy?

No—and it’s designed not to be. NeuroQuest works between sessions, filling the gap where most people lose momentum. Think of it as the daily practice layer that a weekly session can’t provide.
